Sales Email - Macy's - Spec
Challenge: Drive foot traffic to the Macy's Men's Fall Sweater Event. While men may buy one or two sweaters each year, they don’t typically think of “Fall” as an opportunity to refresh their wardrobes the way that women do. They are motivated by style, but even more so by savings and convenience.
Solution: I wrote the copy in Macy’s classic voice, but with a touch more cheek and directness. Men do love to look good, so that is emphasized, along with savings, convenience, and urgency.
