Landing Page - Cheetos - Concept
Challenge: Create a web page for Cheetos’ University Contest. The audience, college-age men and women, already have lots of snack options but they don't necessarily have extra cash.
Solution: I playfully highlighted a condition that college students really detest: Snacklessness. Especially when they’re studying. The designer paired it with a picture of a despondent young man pounding on an empty vending machine. Having raised the anxiety of the reader, I introduced the solution, a limitless supply of Cheetos. By this point, your email address seems like a small price to pay, and the ‘snack insurance’ seems necessary if you’re going to make it to Graduation!
